A Project Manager oversees the entire project on behalf of the owner, coordinating contractors, design consultants, engineers, and other key team members. With many moving parts and fast decisions, our role is to ensure efficient decision-making and clear communication. This includes managing the General Contractor and design teams, while working closely with the owner to drive timely decisions. While GCs focus on executing the build based on contract documents, they rely on precise information from various sources. A Project Manager is essential in facilitating this flow and keeping the project on track.

The sooner, the better. Whether for Project Management, Interior Design, or both, early engagement allows us to provide the most value by influencing team selection, layout, and planning—avoiding costly mistakes later. With our holistic approach, we assist with contractor selection and advise on scope and budgeting from the start, ensuring transparency and optimizing your project.
While we can join after plans are developed but before construction begins, early involvement helps prevent costly layout errors and oversights. Correcting these later often leads to increased costs and delays.

We highly recommend engaging an architect for new builds, major additions, or significant architectural changes, such as transforming a traditional home into a modern one. We will collaborate closely with the architect and design team to ensure your vision is realized.
For cosmetic renovations or minor structural changes, we typically work with draftspeople or structural engineers for drawings. If the project involves purely cosmetic updates, such as finishes and décor, no drawings may be required, and we can oversee the contractor or subcontractors on your behalf.

We provide full-service interior design, including floor plan review, space and furniture planning, interior elevations, finish and fixture selection, furniture and décor specification, procurement, and installation. We also collaborate with architects and landscape architects on exterior design and provide input on the overall aesthetic throughout the project.
While we do not offer permit or construction drawings, we can assist in hiring and managing the necessary teams.
-
Our team does not handle permitting, but as Project Managers, we act as liaisons between architects, contractors, and owners to ensure timely plan production and resolve any issues.
For complex projects requiring discretionary approvals, we may recommend third-party land use or legal experts, depending on the municipality and project specifics.

Our projects are all unique, and as such we take the time to assess and consider each one’s scope, in conjunction with client needs, before providing pricing. Please reach out via our Contact tab if you are interested in receiving a proposal for any of our services.
-
We offer a complimentary one-hour consultation to assess project goals and determine mutual fit for projects you own or are under contract to purchase.
We do not provide hourly project management or design services without a formal scope of work agreement.
-
We do not offer à la carte design or project management services. However, upon request and availability, we provide due diligence services for pre-purchase property tours, assisting clients, brokers, and agents in unlocking a property's potential.
Rates vary based on the number of properties and time commitment. If hired for full-service project management or design, a portion of the due diligence fees will be credited back.

We define our approach to design as elevated yet approachable. All elements should feel considered with the end user in mind. We always place value on high quality locally made custom pieces with solid materials and construction built to last. Conversely, we appreciate the practicalities and economies of more readily available items too. Time honored collectable pieces are fantastic, but do not always make sense for everyone’s lifestyles.
We want you to care about the look and feel of your spaces, while also maximizing enjoyment. We always do a deep dive into how you will utilize your spaces and work thoughtfully from there.
We strive for our projects to have that intangible ‘just right’ feel for their end users, and to this end there is no one aesthetic that fits all. We have worked successfully in the realms of mid-century modern, traditional, farmhouse, contemporary, tudor, and modern European styles.
We are also always open to collaboration with other designers and creatives.
